We charge a flat shipping fee within Germany starting from EUR 5.99, depending on the selected shipping option.Shipping to German islands with DPD is only possible when selecting the shipping option “DPD (Islands)”, as DPD charges an island surcharge of EUR 15, unlike DHL.For orders from EUR 99, we offer free shipping within Germany, excluding German islands.

The delivery time is displayed directly in the shop, under the product you have purchased. For special requests (colour request/higher quantity), the delivery time will be extended depending on the effort involved. We will of course inform you of the exact delivery date before the purchase is completed. Please note, however, that we have no direct influence on the delivery time of the shipping service provider.

We ship with DHL and DPD.

We currently do not offer delivery outside Germany.

You will receive an email from us as soon as the goods have been handed over to the shipping company. In this you will find all the necessary information.

Unfortunately, personal pickup is not possible at the moment.

Our products are designed and made with love, effort and passion. For this reason, we attach great importance to the fact that our (your) unique products arrive safely and protected.

However, if the package has been damaged in transit to you, please contact us immediately by email. Please provide us with a short description and photos of the defects, stating the product name and item number. We will then find a suitable solution that you are satisfied with.
