From hunter to hunted.
For millions of years, sharks have roamed through the seas 
and oceans of our earth. They are among the most successful 
hunters of our planet and have a special importance 
for the balance of our ecosystem.
But in the meantime, the greatest hunter has become the hunted.
According to the FAO, about 70 million sharks are caught annually,
which over time has resulted inthat 3/4 of the known shark species 
are threatened with extinction.
 
This has fatal consequences for our ecosystem,
because sharks are at the top of the food pyramid
and regulate through their feeding behavior the ecological balance,
which will also have catastrophic consequences for us humans.
 
Since this theme does not leave us untouched, we have designed 
and manufactured this shark wall clock.
This set of teeth was not in the oceans of our planet,
and that's a good thing, because we should have respect 
for the habitat of other living creatures.
 
Details:
The shark motif wall clock has a height of about: 19 cm 
and a width of about: 195 mm and is equipped with a whispering clockwork.
This means that no ticking is audible. The integrated mounting on the movement, 
on the back of the wall clock ensures, that it can be hung quickly and easily.
 
With great attention to detail we have designed,
manufactured and carefully hand-painted this clock.
For the material we have chosen we decided to use biopolymer.

With this motif wall clock, you can create a special eye-catcher 
on your wall and at the same time you draw attention to the importance how 
important it is to protect these unique marine animals and 
to leave them where they belong, namely in the sea.
 
And in the words of the well-known shark conservationist Andrew F. Cobb:
"Without sharks, the sea dies. And without the sea, we die."
