Textured painting "Heaviness of existence"
Mixed media on canvas 30 x 30 x 1,5cm
 
Fitting and at the same time contrary to the work "Lightness of being", 
the work "Heaviness of existence", again with an expressive structure.
For the background of the painting, a dark brown, almost black was chosen. 
This draws the focus to the golden sphere, 
which is provided with a powerful texture.
A Special feature is the chain with lock, which was made of PLA, 
designed and manufactured by ourselves, to particularly illustrate the severity.
 
The titles of our paintings serve to guarantee the allocation in our shop. 
Especially with abstract paintings, it is common that 
different interpretations come about.
However, we have made the experience that customers want to know 
the intention behind the creation of the work. For this reason, you will find 
some information under "Thoughts of the artist and intention behind the work.", 
but this should not prevent you from expressing your own thoughts and imagination.
 
What else you should know:
The textured painting "Heaviness of existence" does not need a frame,
because here, too, the sides were designed to match the color.
However, if you prefer to accommodate your canvases in a frame, 
then floating frames are perfect for these canvases.

Thoughts of the artist and intention behind the work:
"Heaviness of existence" was created in the same period of time
as the work "Lightness of being". During an extensive research,
the majority of the people interviewed considered the 
"Lightness of being" to be desirable. 
In contrast, however, the implementation described as rather difficult.
Thus, the idea for this unique painting was born.
